As Vice President, Brendan divides his time into three segments- 1) Working to grow MacKenzie Management Company, LLC through new management assignments with third-party owners, 2) Working closely on a portfolio of 35 buildings that are owned in partnerships with the MacKenzie principals, and 3) Finding new investment opportunities in both acquisitions and development of real estate.

In his career, Brendan has had extensive experience in leasing, acquiring, managing, and developing commercial real estate. He has overseen the development and acquisition of nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial space for MacKenzie’s portfolio and third-party clients, he helps oversee the management of over 3.5 million square feet which is managed by MacKenzie Management Company, LLC , and he has brought in over 500,000 square feet of new, third- party management contracts. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Brendan was a member of the sales and leasing team in Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego Office where he concentrated on tenant representation.

Gill is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the leading designation in investment analysis of commercial real estate. In addition, he sits on the board for NAIOP Maryland and is a founding board member of Chesapeake BaySavers, Inc.
