Terri Harrington has been practicing commercial real estate in the Baltimore Metropolitan market since 1993. Specializing in brokerage services representing both landlords and tenants in office building sales and leasing, Terri has negotiated hundreds of leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants and currently represents approximately two million square feet of commercial space. Her extensive knowledge of Baltimore's Downtown market, from site selection to lease negotiations, provides her the ability to successfully guide both sides of a transaction through market conditions to completion.

Prior to beginning her brokerage career in 1999, Terri managed The Rouse Company's shared office facilities and was a Building Operations and Leasing Manager in the company's mixed-use portfolio in Columbia, Maryland that included The Village Centers. This Landlord experience gives Terri the distinct advantage of understanding both sides of a transaction. Terri's clientele includes local small to mid-size companies and multiple non-profit organizations.

A champion of Baltimore, Terri is active in economic development and strategic planning efforts to improve the vibrancy of Downtown Baltimore and serves on numerous boards in an effort to affect positive change in the community where she practices her brokerage services.

You may recognize Terri from the Saturday morning radio show at WPOC in Baltimore where she was an award winning news anchor/personality for 20 years. She is a graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, IL and has a MBA in Finance from Loyola College in Baltimore.
