Professional Profile

As a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Beau Hearn had more than 60 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Beau specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties and represented several industrial parks in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Beau was a sales representative for C. Preston Scheffenacker, a residential developer, and Industrial Realty Company. He also served as vice president of the Hearn Corporation in addition to spending 15 years with the industrial department of O'Conor, Piper & Flynn. A lifetime resident of Maryland, he is a graduate of Friends School in Baltimore and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington College in Chestertown. He has also completed real estate appraisal courses at Johns Hopkins University.
