Adrian Hessen specializes in corporate tenant representation throughout Maryland with a multi-layered understanding of the downtown Baltimore market. Adrian has been in the construction and real-estate development industry for over a decade. Adrian achieves maximum results for clients by demonstrating assertive negotiation, outstanding response time and uncompromising integrity. When engaged by a client, Adrian creates the necessary leverage and competition among building owners producing optimal rental rates, lease terms and flexibility.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Adrian worked for Opus East and Forrester Construction as a project manager and served as President of an entrepreneurial venture. He holds a BS from The Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from the University of Baltimore.
