Glenn C. Ercole
President
Glenn C. Ercole has more than 20 years of commercial real estate
finance experience and has closed in excess of $1 billion in loans
including acquisition, construction, permanent, and participating loans.
Prior to joining MacKenzie in 1990, Glenn was the treasurer of Dickinson-
Heffner, Inc., a developer of mid-rise office buildings in the Mid-Atlantic
region with particular concentration in the Baltimore-Washington
International Airport area. As President of MacKenzie Capital, LLC and Principal of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC,
Glenn provides financing strategies for local and regional borrowers and owners of commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and land.
