Medical/Healthcare

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center - Multiple projects have been completed for this owner which include exam rooms, medical laboratory facilities, forensic labs, new MRI facility, chapel and education center.	M2 Diagnostics - New state-of-the-art MRI facility in an existing building requiring copper-lined recessed mounting pit with substantial foundation work and RF shielding in Columbia, Maryland.

United States Naval Academy Brigade Sports Complex - New 130,000 SF building to house an ice rink, indoor tennis courts, indoor golf range, locker rooms, toilet facilities and athletic staff offices. In addition, our President and COO has completed work for an array of prestigious organizations including The Goddard Space Flight Center, NSA at Fort Meade, and the Central Intelligence Agency.

AAI Corporation - Multiple renovation projects and pre-engineered metal buildings for government contractor requiring special access clearances and off-hour scheduling in Hunt Valley, Maryland.	Sierra Military Offices, Sierra Military Health Systems ($2,250,000) - This project included demolition and the renovation of 85,000 SF of office space located in the Candler Building. This was a design build mechanical/electrical project with an intense schedule and phased move-in was required.
