John joined MacKenzie Contracting Company in March 2004 as a Superintendent. Within six months, he was promoted to Project Manager. In 2007, he was promoted again to Senior Project Manager where his responsibilities include issuance of requests for pricing, preparing bid estimates, contract and subcontract negotiations, change order requests, participation in status meetings with client representatives, project adherence to schedule and coordination with project superintendents. John has worked in the construction industry since earning his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland in 1986.

SRI United Health Care Corporation — 6,400 SF tenant fit-out located in Lutherville, MD.

Urologic Surgery Center — 1,200 SF conversion of existing office space to surgical lab facility located in Catonsville, MD.

Columbia Dermatology Center — 800 SF expansion of existing medical facility located in Columbia, MD.

Huntington Learning Center — 3,500 SF tenant fit-out located in Columbia, MD.

Charlestown Dental Group — Renovation of dental facility located in Charlestown Retirement's campus in Catonsville, MD

Charlestown Renaissance Gardens North — 16,000 SF of renovation to 60 patient rooms, completed in 12 phases.
