David W. Riegel
Vice President
David Riegel joined MacKenzie Contracting Company in December 2003 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2007. With over 19 years of industry experience to his credit, David brings building construction, historic renovation, and tenant fit-out experience to his role. His responsibilities include preparing conceptual and competitive bid estimates; contract and bid negotiations; monthly budget reviews; subcontractor scheduling updates; coordination with the project superintendents; and quality control from the start of the project through the punch list process and move-in.
David received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, Graphics and Design, from St. Mary's College of Maryland.

Dr. Linnan — 3,700 SF of medical space utilizing the latest state-of-the-art dental technology in Towson, MD.
Grafco PET Packaging — 4,300 SF office addition into a 24/7 manufacturing area without any product contamination.
Carrollton Bank — Three new bank branches located in Bel Air, Cockeysville and White Marsh.
Newman Street Park — Complete renovation of a public park which included a serpentine Flemish bond wall, specialty lighting and a bio-retention area in Annapolis, MD.
M2 Diagnostics — New state-of-the-art MRI facility in an existing building requiring copper-lined recessed mounting pit with substantial foundation work and RF shielding in Columbia, MD.
AAI Corporation — Multiple renovation projects and pre-engineered metal buildings for government contractor requiring special access clearances and off-hour scheduling in Hunt Valley, MD.
U.S.N.A. Brigade Sports Complex — New 130,000 SF building to house an ice rink, indoor tennis courts, indoor golf range, locker rooms, toilet facilities and athletic staff offices. New water and electric services were brought into the site.

freestanding branches located in Bel Air,
Cockeysville, and White Marsh.
APGFCU — New 5,700 SF branch
prototype to begin the credit union's expansion
in Northeastern Maryland. Construction
includes barrel-vaulted ceilings, movable glass
partitions, and a pre-cast vault for safe deposit
boxes.
Tark's Grill — Complete renovation of an existing
restaurant including new kitchen equipment,
refrigerated wine room, and an outdoor patio
with a new gas-burning fireplace.
AAI Corporation — Multiple renovation projects
and pre-engineered metal buildings for
government contractor requiring special access
clearances and off-hour scheduling.
Brigade Sports Complex — USNA — New 130,000
SF pre-engineered building to house
an Olympic-sized ice rink, six indoor tennis
courts, indoor golf driving range, locker rooms,
fitness center, and athletic staff offices.
TIC Gums — Renovation and fit-out of an existing
40,000 SF warehouse/office building to
include new offices, training room with theatre
presentation design, and high-tech labs for
food ingredient creating, testing, and shelf-life
services.
