As Vice President, Brendan splits time between developing commercial real estate projects and managing income producing projects. On the development end, he is responsible for acquisitions, pre-acquisition due diligence, management of entitlements, pro-forma analysis, project management, loan closings, and construction oversight. Brendan has been implemental in the development of nearly 800,000 square feet of commercial space both for Mackenzie's portfolio, and for third party clients. In addition, Brendan manages over 700,000 square feet of office and retail buildings. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Brendan was an integral part of the sales and leasing team in Cushman & Wakefield's San Diego Office where he concentrated on tenant representation. Born and raised in Baltimore, Brendan went to St. Paul's School for Boys and holds a degree in English from the University of Virginia.
