LAND
With all the governmental and economic issues facing the development and construction industry, land transactions must be handled by an experienced company well-versed in the development process and its regulations. MacKenzie has been involved in all types of land sales, representing land owners selling to developers, as well as developers selling finished building sites to home builders, retailers or other commercial users.

MacKenzie has marketed and sold more than 3,000 acres of residential and commercial property throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Residential
Representing land owners, developers and builders, we sell properties designed for single-family tract housing, large lot custom homes and multi-family uses including apartments, condominiums and townhouses. In addition, we sell and develop properties for senior living and assisted care facilities. Composed of former developers, builders and real estate attorneys, MacKenzie understands the residential development process, the markets and the financing structures of these transactions.

Commercial
