Initially formed to manage the numerous MacKenzie properties developed over the past two decades, we have since expanded our offering to include third party management, providing the same owner’s perspective to our clients.
MacKenzie currently manages 52 properties, comprising approximately 2.75 million square feet of office, retail, and flex space. Roughly 40% of this space is managed for third party owners.
